Apprentice – Field Operator - BPCL Kochi Refinery - Kochi

1 Year Apprenticeship in Oxo alcohol unit

• Field monitoring of pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, Reactor and utilities system
• Line-up checking, valve operations, pressure & temperature monitoring
• Assisting panel/DCS operator during start-up and shutdown operations
• Daily log-sheet recording and equipment status reporting
• Permit to Work (PTW) system follow-up including LOTO
• Routine field inspection and safety checks
• Exposure to Offsite operations including tank farm and header alignment
