Quality Assurance Supervisor (First Article / Engineering)
✓ Identify areas of obstruction / quality failures, advising on computer system & process changes for qualitative improvement and corrective action for customer needs.
✓ Ensuring high quality of all components made and making improvement for achieving better quality particular in area of production department and die casting.
Production Engineer (Manufacturing Casting)
✓ Establishing Quality standards / 3Q6S of project execution as per customer specifications.
✓ Listing down the resource needs for projects, after considering machine control and key parameter set.
Key Functional Areas: Quality Assurance Supervisor (FA / Engineering)
o Quarterly Business Reviews (Q.B.R.) were created, as well as performance history reports for the customer every four months.
o Creation of each process flow chart follows the stage line. Standardize each Work Instruction (W.I.) according to the Product from beginning to conclusion.
o Review engineering reports and encourage the adoption of suitable problem-solving methods for practical root cause analysis and corrective action.
o Making a Failure mode and effect analysis (F.M.E.A.) per Product-wise to decrease product failure. Assessing process capabilities and working with suppliers to improve crucial aspects through supplier studies.
o Preparing documentation relating to Quality, including Process flow charts, Control plans, PPAP, APQP, and others ISO / TS16949, for new products.
Production Engineer (Manufacturing Casting)
o Check Die-casting machine conditions, solve problems, and improved working area quality issues.
o Check everyday operations in Die-casting machine and change system parameter settings for new set-up molds - Mass production& FA new mold trails / new projects.
o Expertise in high pressure Die-casting machine & working under Production casting department.
o Handle different tonnage machines such as Toyo machine (125-350Tons), Toshiba machine (350-650Tons), and Buhler (340-660Tons) for Die Cast production.
o Responsible for New product introduction (NPI) & Design of experiments (DOE) for business growth.
o Reduce downtime and minimize dimensional errors by providing better project quality control.
o High rejection control of casting defects and achieved project daily target for productivity 100%.
