Handling the team of QC controlled manufacturing unit in Agra/Kanpur area.
Responsible for the overall quality assurance/production and solving the daily in process issue to meet customer quality standards.
Perform AQL final inspection of finished goods. And responsible for the packaging, Labeling in order to ensure SOPs is followed.
Perform audit to check factory production capacity, quality, safeguards and technical details as per customer requirements.
Coordinated all continuous improvement activities to ensure the highest possible quality.
Perform pre-production trials quality, technical changes & fit feedback to factory.
Review daily in-process inspection reports received from the technician,
Inspect all incoming materials as per company testing standard.
Claim solving; perform root cause analysis in case of any claim. Advise corrective and preventive action plan. Reduced complained/Claims, Eliminated the sole color migration other hidden challenges in shoe quality.
I was completed my graduation from Lucknow University in commerce 2009
After that I was completed my 2 year diploma in footwear technology from FDDI.
