I am a self-motivated, result oriented experienced Manager whose focus will be on setting up the quality objectives, driving the process, innovation and delivering product with improved quality and productivity.
I would say It's been an extremely rewarding career, lots of learning and opportunity to deliver work on different domains, application landscapes, technology stacks and frameworks.
To give a brief about my job experience, I am having 18+ years of experience in QA along with brief exposure to Application development, maintenance and product management roles. I have around 5+ years of experience in client facing role in delivering E2E programs/projects based out of UK, Europe and USA
During this tenure I worked on different application landscape to spell it - Enterprise, SAAS application, CRM (BSS-OSS), ERP, Web application, Middle-ware, Network (WiFi), Database- ETL, Mobile (MVNO), Payment gateway, Point of Sale Cognitive sourcing, Retail, Life Science, Finance etc. domain along with different and buzzing technology stacks like SOA, Microservice, Data Science, AI, ML etc. I also have good exposure to on-premises and cloud infrastructure like Amazon and Azure Devops. During this tenure had experience to drive the latest Test Automation Tools, Framework for both Functional and Non-functional requirements to name it UFT, Selenium Web Driver, Robot Python Framework, Load Runner, Neo Load, JMeter Etc. and supporting administrative tools used in SDLC life cycle mostly Agile Scrum, Scaled Agile like Jira, Test Rail, QC, VST etc.
I have been part of strategizing, scoping, certifying complex products, features where I participated starting from concept ideation stage till productionizing it with efficient and effective collaboration with cross teams and different stakeholders.
I am very passionate about quality delivery aspects and introduced, learned, implemented different processes, tools and best practices and matured them based on quantitative analysis to improve test efficiency and coverage.
I believe the experience and expertise I bring in will help the organization to grow, have better customer experience in terms of quality deliveries by addressing pain areas and delivering tactical as well as strategic solutions to roll out product features frequently with high ROI.
