Manage day-to-day operations of the finance department with responsibilities including financial reporting, revenue management, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the finance department.
• Managing revenues received & dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, audit, General ledger reporting.
• Monitors the Cash handling functions for the hotel and reconcile all cash dropped at the front desk.
• Preparation of MIS from Night Flash Report on daily basis.
• Checking and Preparation of sales Journal from Night Flash Report and posting in Tally.
• Checking of Cash, Bank & Journal vouchers as per the supporting / bills and posting in respective head in Tally.
• Verifying that all purchases are checked by security at Entry point & supported with valid purchase orders, GRN from the purchase department, Vendor invoice obtaining GM's approval.
• Ensure the verifying & posting all vendor related transactions to the A/c payables ledger and reconcile the A/c payables on a periodic basis.
• Monitoring the follow-up of Debtors outstanding on weekly basis, to have proper credit control systems & strictly adhere to the guidelines laid down by management regarding the credit norms.
• Review the Accounts Receivable Ageing Reports. Check customers credit ratings and flag accounts as Black List for long outstanding or defaulter accounts.
• Approving Travel agent commissions and releasing payments after verification.
• Verified & check the payroll of the staffs & credit the salary to bank accounts of all the staff every month.
• Monitoring all the expenses & Revenues are verified & accounted for under the correct heads of Income & expenditure.
• Verify the Bank Reconciliation statement weekly basis.
• Reconcile credit card back-up to general cashier Summary and resolve if any discrepancies.
• Verify if Credit card service charge is billed correctly for all credit card transactions.
• Ensure correct taxation are applied on all billing software.
• Maintains files of all contracts, Insurance policies.
• Preparation of Monthly stock statement for Bank purpose.
• Reconciliations & GST Computation & Preparing the GST Returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR – 3B).
• Prepare GST Input Tax Credit & Upload in Clear tax tool. Reconcile GST mismatch through GSTR -2A & follow up the vendor towards ITC liability.
• Working of TDS section wise.
• Prepare Monthly Profit Loss account & Balance Sheet & Report to the Management on Key Issues as directed.
• Prepare an analysis of Budget Vs. Actual on a monthly basis & report to management.
• Prepare Balance Sheet, Income Statement & other reports as directed.
• Preparing the annual Closing & Finalization of accounts.
• Compliance the Internal & Statutory Audit.
