Export Documentation & Logistics at MEHALI PAPER PVT LTD (2021-07 – Present)

• Prepare, verify and manage all export documents including commercial invoices, packing list, bills of lading, bills of exchange and coo (certificate of origin).
• Prepare and manage proforma invoice for export against buyer order.
• Coordinating with foreign client.
• Online Working with forwarders on their E-portals Regarding Booking, SI (shipping instruction), Bill of loading, etc.
• Following up with Forwarders for Container Booking or online booking from shipping line's sites.
• Preparing Bank documents as per LC Norms or Buyer Requirement.
• Prepare full set of Document and submit to bank to buyer or bank to customer's bank as per terms.
• Preparation certificate of origin (COO) from government's website.
• Preparation insurance of goods.
• Coordinate with shipping and logistics companies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Keep accurate records of all documentation and maintain an efficient filing system.
• Respond promptly to any customer or agents queries regarding documentation.
• Coordinate with internal sales, production, and logistics teams for dispatch planning
• Dealing with our agents and customers as he required.
• Maintain up-to-date export file in a structure and catalogued system.
• Good knowledge of LC norm's (Letter of credit).
• Knowledge of Inco terms.

Accountant at BHARAT STEEL HOUSE (2020-10 – 2021-06)

• Maintain books of accounts on daily basis in Tally ERP9.0 & Tally Prime.
• Handling General Accounting, Handling Accounts Payable & Receivable.
• Maintain inventory and stock on daily basis and submit reports
• Have basic knowledge of GST, GST calculation, e-Waybills and all other applicable GST compliances.
• Sales Invoicing & Monitoring Collection from Debtors and Reconciliation of Parties Ledger Control The Credit by Coordinating with Bills Payable and Receivable.

• Handing Petty Cash, All Bank Transaction (NEFT, RTGS, And IMPS) Cash. & Cheque Deposit Into Bank.
• Reconciliation of Bank Account Statement.
