I am a results-driven Workforce Management professional with extensive experience in forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time management. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager, I specialize in optimizing operational efficiency, improving service levels, and driving data-backed decision-making. I take pride in delivering actionable insights that support business goals and enhance employee productivity.

With over 12 years of progressive experience in Workforce Management, I have built a strong career within the same organization, advancing from an Agent to my current role as Assistant Manager – WFM. My expertise lies in scheduling, forecasting, and capacity planning, with a proven record of optimizing workforce efficiency and meeting business objectives. I began my journey as an operations agent, later transitioning to the WFM RTA team, where I honed my analytical and real-time management skills.

I then advanced to Lead Scheduler, leading initiatives to improve accuracy and efficiency in staffing models, before taking on my current leadership role. I am passionate about driving performance through data-driven workforce strategies and continuous process improvement.

Completed Second Year Bachelor of Commerce (SYBCom) from Mumbai University, building a strong foundation in business management, accounting, and economics.
