Client: The Times of India - On-site (Full-time)

• Troubleshooting system slowness, boot issues, blank screens, and hardware faults
• Handling laptop/desktop power issues, force restarts, and basic repairs
• OS support (mainly Windows 10/11)
• Resolving slow internet issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN-related problems)
• Supporting users working from home (WFH)
