Currently working as a Spanish System Administrator with Kyndryl Solutions Pvt Ltd with the SysOp team, monitoring tickets in Console & Service Now and passing them to Technical teams communicating in Spanish through Mails, Microsoft Teams and Calls. Doing some activities on servers.
