• Major Project Topic: Optimization of LNT based DeNOx System in 2.2L Disesl Engine
• Analyzed the operational mechanics of EGR systems, intake throttles, and LNT aftertreatment systems for a 2.2L diesel engine to map component behavior against stringent BS6 emission standards.
• Modeled intake throttle and EGR interactions using multivariable components to isolate the optimal "Goldilocks Zone" for rich phase regeneration, ensuring successful DeNOx processing.
• Conducted technical analysis of emissions data across both engine and chassis dynamometer setups, validating calibration grids to ensure strict adherence to BS6 norms.

Summer Intern at Greaves Cotton Ltd. (2025-05 – 2025-07)

ATP and R&D Department

• Analyzed and tracked the automated production lines, gaining knowledge on different parts added and processes done in assembly of single cylinder 4 stroke diesel and bi-fuel engines of different capacities.
• Oversaw testing of these engines with various parameters like engine torque, fuel flow and temperature, engine efficiency etc. and applications with specific demand.
• Worked with checking engine fuel emissions on Chassis Dynamometer. Calculated Hertz contact stresses between engine cam lobe and follower.

Engineering Intern at Excell Pressings Pvt. Ltd. (2024-06 – 2024-07)

• Worked with mechanical and pneumatic powered presses and different dies to make various components through sheet metals.
• Created models in solidworks and AutoCAD, managing them on sheet metal for space utilization and waste reduction.

• Organised and managed multiple events like star gazing nights, telescope sessions on comets and planets, various guest lectures with LIGO and IUCAA, ISRO space on wheels, astronomy sessions with various NGO's and schools, screenings of historic ISRO missions. Conducted events like Take off, Torquest with Mindspark (COEP Technical fest). Oversaw a project on building a fully equipped telescope, completely by members.
