• Deployed and managed 3 OpenShift clusters across Day-0 through Day-2 operations: installation, RBAC configuration, cluster upgrades, and troubleshooting: sustaining >99% uptime across client environments.
• Configured namespace-level RBAC policies and enforced least-privilege access across 4 client Kubernetes projects, reducing unauthorised access incidents to zero: a control directly applicable to PCI-DSS-aligned environments.
• Managed Kubernetes Secrets and IAM least-privilege policies across client deployments, maintaining secure credential handling and access audit trails suitable for compliance review.
• Deployed and managed KVM/libvirt virtualization hosts (modular libvirt daemons, VLAN networking, LVM storage) for a multi-site enterprise infrastructure rollout, supporting production VM provisioning across regional data centres.
• Executed VM migration from VMware vSphere to OpenShift Virtualization using the Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV): creating migration plans, mapping networks and storage, and running warm migrations with CBT-based incremental sync.
• Validated migrated VMs post-cutover (boot status, network connectivity, disk integrity) and troubleshot migration failures: including precopy stalls, VDDK connection errors, and storage mapping mismatches: ensuring zero data loss during cutover.

• Diagnosed and resolved production incidents involving container OOMKill events and Kubernetes networking failures, documenting RCA reports with contributing factors and remediation steps for audit and review.
• Built 4 Bash and Python automation scripts for IAM audit reporting, log rotation, and disk threshold alerting: saving ~5 hours of manual operational work per week while maintaining consistent audit logs.
