I'm Atul Kumar Agrawal, having over 20 years of manufacturing experience in Chemical , Food& Beverages industries. As a Factory/Plant Manager for 7 years, I've led operations at companies like Fosroc Chemicals ,Sakata Inx (I) Pvt Ltd. I also worked with companies like Coca-Cola, Unilever, and PepsiCo India Pvt Ltd..

I excel in government and local body liaison, prioritize EHS and Quality, and excel in cost-cutting initiatives to lower overall manufacturing costs effectively.At Fosroc Chemicals, I achieved a 50% production increase, 18% cost reduction, and improved KPIs like OTIF,OEE,Inventory days,SLOB,COQ,Lead time etc. I excel in TPM, 5S, and ISO standards. I have extensive experience working in the UP, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and Gujarat regions .

With a Mechanical Engineering degree and MBA, I'm currently refining my skills through IIM Bangalore courses. I'm looking for suitable Job to join ASAP to contribute my expertise to a manufacturing operations for mutual growth
