Power BI & Mendix Development Intern at SCHAEFFLER TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS (2025-08 – Present)

• POWER BI - Developed comprehensive and fully dynamic Business Intelligence dashboards to track Employee Utilization and Project R&D Cost across hierarchical organizational structures. Enabled end-to-end visibility from Business division and Domain levels down to Team Leads and Individual contributors to track utilization for the entire organization for Hours Tracking of FTE and Actual Hours. Also, Designed Project-Level analytics to monitor utilization of efforts by calculating Actual Efforts vs FTE Loading against Project and evaluated Cost performance, including Primary and Secondary costs, across Project, Project Manager, and WBS elements. These dashboards supported strategic decision-making by identifying inefficiencies, optimizing resource allocation, and improving cost management. Also built Invoice Tracking dashboard to compare invoiced amounts against approved budgets, enabling budget consumption monitoring, variance analysis and financial reporting.
• POWER AUTOMATE - Automated data flow from various backend sources to Power BI to ensure accuracy of content and then publishing the dashboard onto the website for tracking by the organization was enabled using Power Automate.
• MENDIX - Worked on the development of an internal Rewards & Recognition application using Mendix, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable low-code solutions. Designed and implemented application features using microflows, page creation, and domain models, ensuring efficient business logic and seamless user experience. Configured security, user roles, and module permissions within Mendix to support role-based access control while following application development best practices.
