I am an oracle consultant with 13+ years of experience with a strong background in developing business solutions, consulting with clients, solution design, working with technical teams, handling incremental setup, and performing impact analysis. Currently, I am employed with Oracle GSC, India as a Principal Consultant.
My core competencies are CRM/CX Functional Support, System Configuration, Documentation, Requirement Analysis, Solution Design, Preparing Test Scripts, Test Case Execution, Testing Technical Objects, Providing Technical Team well-structured requirements in form of FSDs and Handling Client Escalation. I am responsible for providing expert-level support for all aspects of the Oracle CRM/CX Application.

I am a Master of Computer Application from Jadavpur University, India, passed in 2009, and a Bachelor of Computer Application from Netaji Subhas Engineering College, India passed in 2006. Apart from that, have undergone training in Oracle Field Service Cloud, Oracle Service Logistics, Oracle Subscription Management, and Oracle Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ).
