Cybersecurity postgraduate student (M.Sc Cybersecurity) with hands-on experience building and securing Active Directory environments and operating SOC tooling (Wazuh SIEM/XDR, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Nessus) through the ADPT Lab Program.

Comfortable on both sides of detection: simulating attacks (Kerberos ticket forgery with Rubeus, image steganography) and operating the monitoring stack used to catch them. Seeking a SOC Analyst role in enterprise threat detection and incident response.

SOC & Active Directory Lab Experience - ADPT Lab Program

• Deployed Wazuh as an open-source SIEM/XDR platform, ingesting security logs into Elasticsearch and building Kibana dashboards for threat visualization, alert tracking, and endpoint monitoring; performed alert triage and log correlation to investigate simulated security events.
• Ran Nessus vulnerability scans, prioritizing findings by risk severity and following the scan-to-remediation workflow.
• Provisioned a Windows Server domain controller and client machine with Group Policy Objects (GPOs), then simulated Kerberos ticket-forgery attacks (Golden Ticket, Silver Ticket) against the environment using Rubeus.
