Central Kitchen Main Operational Duties

To monitor all costs and recommend measures to control them. To establish an integrated cost management plan through product lining, minimal inventories, Delivery on Demand where possible and being cost effective.

To frequently verify that only fresh products are used in food preparation.
To prepare, a yearly marketing plan with the MD for each outlet, which is the basis of the Food Annual Marketing Plan.
To continuously seek ways to maximize the revenues and profits by Sales.
To monitor and analyze the activities and trends of competitive outlets.
