I am a In process quality engineer in Microtek international Pvt Ltd
Updating & Analysing Customer complaints, Customer PPM rejection analysis & Closure of corrective/preventive.
Analysis of internal rejection to reduce the Internal PPM & Closure of corrective/preventive action.
Interaction with customer for understanding/implementing their requirements.
Identifying problems in process & making improvements.
Helping in the New development for process & Procedures.
Conducting the Process Audit as per plan, for improving the Line Performance.
Tracking of all NC, s (Through FQC) & immediate feedback to suppliers.
Managing the in-house quality manpower, to conduct the daily rejection review meeting, to analysis the daily rejections and take corrective actions.
Trend monitoring of defects on daily basis using TMS & Sub TMS sheets.
Collect Analytical data for benchmarking and new grade development.
Executing the strategic plans for the processing while identifying & inspecting the incoming raw materials to ensure quality & cost efficient products.
Facilitate & drive robust root cause analysis & Corrective action for production problem solving through Quality tools, CAPA & 8 D methodology,A3 Sheet.
