I am currently responsible for Product Management and Operations @ Dsolution which provides ecommerce solutions to Airlines and Travel partners. For the past 22+ years, I have delivered and managed Ecommerce Integrations in Travel Domain across PSS systems like Amadeus, Travelport, SITA, KIU and Intelisys. In the last 5 years I have designed and implemented products focused on the Interline space which includes, Internet Booking Engines, Irops and volunteer change capability.

• Conceptualized/designed and implemented Interline Ecommerce solutions for bilateral Interline agreements using Travelport XMLPRO services.
• Rolled out Interline IROP solution enabling feeder airlines to re-protect passenger on OAL partners.
• Introduced GUI based Interline Rebooking product enabling clients to reduce operational costs and help improve user experience.
