• Testing & validation with FMEA-driven troubleshooting of embedded systems integration, primarily BMS–flight controller (real-time cell balancing, SOC estimation) via CAN/I²C; enabling autonomous telemetry and safety heartbeat functions, ensuring UAV regulatory compliance, and delivering smart, reliable battery systems with end-to-end expertise in CAN and BMS.
• Supported in circuit and schematic design, PCB layout, component selection, and testing/validation for in-house BMS development; contributed to CAN protocol-based drone flight controller–BMS–battery integration in UAV platforms, demonstrating hands-on exposure to system-level design, improving reliability, and supporting flight endurance.
