• Handling cold calling and email communication, managing professional communication workflows
• Coordinating with HRs, directors, and other officials for verification; handling client escalations
• Working on complex cases involving organizations ranging from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies, ensuring timely resolution and report delivery within defined TAT (Turnaround Time) timelines
