Hello, this is Ayush. I've been working as an Associate Product Manager at EZ for the past 8 months, but now I'm looking for a job switch. When I first entered the field of product management, my goal was to get my foot in the door, but now that I have spent time in this role, I have gained a deeper understanding of how products are built, the people involved in their creation, and the amount of effort and time required to build a successful product.
I believe it's time for me to move from a service-based mindset to a product-based role where I can connect with consumers and help solve the problems that people face in their everyday lives. My strong technical background has given me a good understanding of the relationship between technology and product, and my ability to empathize with users allows me to connect better with the products.
Developed and executed product roadmap for a new product line, resulting in a successful alpha launch and adoption by key customers within 6 months ● Worked closely with executive leadership to align product vision with company goals and objectives,resulting in improved product-market fit and increased company growth ● Collaborated with senior PMs to develop and execute product roadmap, resulting in successful product launches and increased customer adoption. ● Worked closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing to ensure timely delivery of product features and functionality. ● Analyzed product data and metrics to monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement. ● Delivered PRDs that helped different teams to align with the same vision as the company’s. ● Worked on designing platforms such as Adobe XD.
