• Daily: Planning, scheduling and monitoring of preventive (PM) and corrective (CM) maintenance job orders in SAP-PM for both units and their auxiliaries.
• Daily: Preparation of Daily Progress Report (DPR) and PM field report, daily planning meeting with Operation, Maintenance and Stores for job prioritisation, and monitoring of statutory / legal compliance of maintenance activities.
• Weekly: Review of PM compliance data and equipment availability, follow-up of equipment out of service beyond 15 days, planning of shutdown (SD) jobs and preservation of idle / standby equipment.
• Monthly: Preparation of PM schedule and Monthly Operation & Performance Report (MOPR); analysis of PM effectiveness and BD–PM trend to improve equipment reliability.
• Monthly: Follow-up of PR–PO status with Materials & Procurement for timely availability of spares, and monitoring of lube oil consumption and oil analysis reports of critical equipment.
• Need basis: Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of major failures and forced shutdowns, preparation and revision of SOP / SMP, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
• Quarterly / Half-yearly: Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) reporting – vibration, thermography and lube oil analysis – with trend analysis of critical equipment, and half-yearly survey of water and air coolers of plant and township.
• Fortnightly / Yearly: Fortnightly AOH review and complete annual overhauling planning in primavera p6 – job list, spares, manpower, tools & tackles and schedule; preparation and compliance of Summer, Monsoon and Winter preparedness plans.
• Yearly: IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) documentation, internal audit support and closure of observations.
• Quarterly / 3-yearly: SAP-PM training for maintenance engineers and technicians, and periodic review and optimisation of PM plan, task list and maintenance strategy of plant equipment.

Engineer – Production and Planning at RR Ispat Ltd. (Hira Group of Companies) (2022-08 – 2023-08)

ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 18001 certified manufacturer of poles, high masts, monopoles, solar structures, transmission towers and railway structures. Reporting to AGM (Plant Operation)

• Ensured all production activities were executed as per plan and monitored batch completion against customer delivery schedules.
• Hourly monitoring of each station to optimise machine output, with reduction in rework, rejection and scrap percentage.
