Working at one of the world's largest transmission tower fabrication facilities (1,80,000 MT annual production capacity), serving both domestic and international clients across multiple countries.

• Plan, monitor, and coordinate daily production activities in the transmission tower fabrication unit, ensuring outputs are delivered on time as per drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
• Oversee key fabrication processes including CNC operations (punching, drilling, cutting), bending, welding, machining, assembly, and galvanizing of tower components manufactured to international standards (BSEN, ASTM, IS, DIN).
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Design, Quality, Purchase, and Maintenance teams to maintain smooth production flow, minimize downtime, and resolve technical and material issues on the shop floor.
• Monitor manpower utilization, machine efficiency, and material consumption; maintain production records and MIS reports to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Safety), and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management) standards through adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
• Identify production bottlenecks and contribute to corrective and preventive actions, supporting cost-reduction initiatives and process optimization across the fabrication shop.
