Sr. Executive (Store & Warehouse Inventory Audit)

• Backend Support/Reports to External Auditor, Post audit physical inventory uploading all brands.
• External Audit Planning, execution, and report generation. 3-5 audits/day.
• Internal audit Support to Stores pendency closure during internal/External audit.
• Compiling store wise transfer out & in report, Ensuring inward of complete qty & value against transfer orders.
• Store & Warehouse Audit planning & audit Support with backend reports and pendency closure.
• Responsible for generating all reports (from AX & Raymark) of next day auditing stores and matching it with audit recaps, working on software called AXAPTA (TO).
• Finding out the reason of mismatches in reports (if any) and ensuring closure of the same before the beginning of audit, & All Store making closure after confirming by ASM.
• Responsible for Generating and Sharing final Report with auditor after getting all pendency's cleared.
• Audit report analysis, shortage recovery tracking and action on audit findings.
• Store closure and store managers handover Audit support, Worked in sales for a year.
• Receiving & Put-Away: Unloading trucks, inspecting deliveries checking for damage/accuracy, and storing items in designated locations.
• Order Fulfillment: Picking, Packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy.
• Inventor Management: Preparing Conduction cycle count, updating records in warehouse management system and reporting discrepancies.
• Facility Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean, organized and hazard-free.
• Actively involved in extensive MIS reporting to show Inventory Stocks of Stores and Warehouses.
• Preparing Price change/Increment & Decrement revision reports for stocks.
• Using ERP-AX Retail Jetro (Microsoft) & SAP Retail-Ray-mark Technology.
• Audit Bill checking, processing, and vendor payment.
• Audit recovery tracking and relevant MIS circulation.
• Preparing Monthly Internal Audit Tracking Store Closure, Shrinkage Recovery & Revise Recap maintained MIS.
• Conducting stock Audit of Warehouse, Corporate Stores and Franchisee Store and ensure proper steps for preventing loss.
• Locations for proper merchandising and claiming transit losses.
• Co-ordination with vendors to bulk sale and clearance sale from Warehouse.
