I have a PhD in Management from Patna University, Patna, and my dissertation is on the “Impact of Training & Executive Development Programmes on the Employees of Insurance Sector” and besides this I have done MBA in Marketing Management from Lalit Narayan Mishra Institute of Economic Development and Social Change, Patna.
