MEP Project Work of high rise buildings and factories includes tendering, execution, statutory approvals and co-ordination of Electrical installation, Fire protection, Civil and its maintenance related with our factories, warehouses, production units all over India.

• Factory Project, commercial building project MEP work execution.
• Meeting and discussion with management, vendors and internal departments to co-ordinate overall Civil and MEP work for better quality and effective implementation.
• Arrangements for getting necessary approval and NOC's from concerned departments in connection with building construction (PCB, Fire NOC, electrical inspectorate approval, Aviation, Lift license, Electricity power sanction, Building approvals etc.).
• Study the drawings, specifications, BOQ and final agreement with contractors etc.
• Preparation of tentative site drawings and give necessary directions/instruction to contractors & supervisors
• Day to day co-ordination of various sites under construction, site visit, meeting with suppliers and contractors etc.
• Co-ordination of MEP works with civil/interior works.
• Follows up with consultants, contractors & workers for the timely completion of projects & solve the site issues.
• Presentation of monthly progress report, prepare work schedule etc.
• In-charge for over all maintenance activity at our corporate office at Cochin and warehouse building.
• Tendering and order finalization and execution of Electrical installation, STP, ETP, RO plant, HVAC, DG. Set, fire protection system & PA system etc.

Sub Engineer (ON CONTRACT) - Kerala State Electricity Board - 220KV SUBSTATION, Kerala

(2004-11 - 2007-08)

Worked as Sub Engineer (ON CONTRACT) in one of the major 220KV Substation of Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB). Experience in maintenance of EHT, HT switch gears, 220/110KV, 110/33KV, 110/11KV transformers, CT's, PT's, Batteries, breakers and associated panels.

Electrician - JINDAL LTD. - BELLARI

Control panel electrification work at steel plant - Works include cable laying, glanding and provide termination to power and control cables.
