Oil and Gas Pipe Line (4" and 6") Commissioning Projects, Bottling Plant. Also worked in ZPTE LLC at OMAN 400KV OHL Projects as same role
- Knowledge about Cathodic Protection (corrosion process) and it's techniques for underground pipe lines
- Verify QAP, Annexures and all billing documents also installation procedures
- Trouble shooting and Commissioning Reports for unprotected pipe lines
- AKM GGS 4" Oil and Gas line A.C supply came on casing due to grounding cell not installed then after found and installed it properly with ONGC procedures
- KVK GCS 200mv dropped along 60km's on 4" oil pipe line then inspected all TLP found that fault TLP after rectified with ONGC procedures
- Conducting pipeline surveys using specialized equipment like close-interval surveys (CIS) to identify potential corrosion hot spots. Utilizing soil resistivity measurements to assess the soil's ability to conduct electricity
- All are documents with referred ISO 17025 (Testing and Calibration) and IEC 60364 (Installation and Maintenance) standard as per client norms
- Responsible for the over-all implementation of Quality control related electrical works accordance with project specifications and Engineering standards
- Perform routine inspection as per ITP, QCP, Project specifications & approved drawings
- Preparation of Electrical quality control documents, Prepare Quality control procedure (QCP), Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Inspection Test Report (ITR), for all Electrical Works
- Performing material inspection and ensuring as per approved ISO, ISE and Project specification
- Preparation of Calibration, installation acceptance, testing and commissioning reports
- Verify test equipment's and devices used in the project meets the required specification as per project requirements, standard, testing accordance with the procedure
- Responsible for ensuring that all calibrated equipment used within calibration dates
- Monitoring daily inspection activities and verifies compliance to National Electrical Codes (NEC)
- Handled the inspection of installation, testing & commissioning of Power Transformers, Montor Control Center (MCC), Distribution Boards, etc.
- Involved in the punch-listing of the completed activities (Punch list & Commissioning Documents) the punch items by the team before Handover projects
- Supervising Quality Control functions of a projector or it's parts, including quality control inspection schedules and the collection of quality records, Assessing implementation of the quality plan on site
