- Deeply involved in Operation and Maintenance of Daily work for the Solar Power Plant of Inverter ,11KV HT panel I and HT Panel II (Over Voltage/Under Voltage Relay, Breaker ON/OFF status) Transformer, SMU, ACDB and FCBC, Reverse Power Relay functions(During the more generation of solar power plant to predict the solar energy to HT line in 4Pole Structure)
- Weekly module washing work with using the Booster pump max pressure of 10 bar/150psi in array side on the solar panel without any damage.
- In the SCADA working System daily I am monitoring the entire system of the all operation in the Solar Power Plant- Weather Monitoring System(Module temp, Solar Radiation, Wind Speed, Ambient temp), Transformer winding temp and oil temp, HT panel I(RYB voltage, current, MFM reading, Breaker ON/OFF control, Breaker trip counting details, Relay Status), SMU (Monitoring the DC Voltage, Current, ON/OFF status), PCU-Power conditioning unit( Grid ON/OFF status, Daily/Monthly/Total Power Generation Repo
- Involved in the PCU daily operations and monitoring of auto wakeup and auto sleep mode, Noted the PCU Power Generation readings, RYB Grid AC Voltage and Current & DC voltage and current form solar array side, Weekly filter cleaning work in the PCU and Exhaust Duct fan switched ON/OFF whenever it is required for PCU operations to remove hot air from the PCU to avoid the rising the PCU internal temp.
- In HT panel I- daily noted the power generation reading in MFM, checking the RYB grid voltage and relay status.
- In HT panel II- daily noted the power generation reading in ABT meter, checking the all Relay status, Breaker ON/OFF status, DC voltage failure status and alarm, Reverse Power Relay ON/OFF status. Operations of mechanical inter lock system for HT panelII and 4 pole structure.
- Periodically attended the All Maintenance work of the 5MWp solar power plant at BHEL, 500KWp solar power plant Bharathidasan University, 2*50KWp solar power plant at Kajamalai Campus- Checking each and every strings the voltage and current, Measuring the all earth pit values, Bold and Nut tighten work of panel structure and electrical cable connector with all terminals
