 Management of Farmers Producer Organisation, Overseeing farmers mobilization and awareness generation programmes, guidance field staff and village level volunteers, preparing working capital funding proposal for donor agencies, Identification of potential donors and coordination, tie up with other partners, establishing systems and process, monitoring, field visits and other need based requirements of the project.

 Preparation of Telangana State Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan, floral and faunal biodiversity conservation, consultations, data collection and compilation from key Depts of Telangana state. Made detailed presentation on Telangana Biodiversity strategy and action plan preparation at the Biodiversity Inception Workshop. Carried out assessment studies on Eco tourism development and high value timber species development for Telangana Forest Development Corporation, Prepared a Field study tour report for TSFDC and updated the TSFDC proposal, actionplan and implementation strategy.

Provided guidance and support to Co-workers, juniors and other stakeholders. Prepared project proposal for National Center for Good Governance (NCGG) on Identification, documentation and replication of best Innovations in public systems and governance.

 As Plantation Manager at Sterling Tree Magnum India Ltd played leading role in establishing around 5000 acres of commercial plantations mainly comprising of Teak, Casurina, Eucalyptus, medicinal and herbal plants under different agro-climatic conditions in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu and Odisha. Provided leadership and guidance to Large scale plantation labour work force and field level staff. Established plantation management systems and records and Closely monitored the growth of plants, addressing issues such as pest and disease management, water budgeting, drip and sprinklers operation and efficacy.

Provided training and guidance to plantation teams on different aspects of plantation management.
