• Machine calibration of AOI [Lighting, GRR].
• Machine calibrations of GKG[CPK].
• Preventive Maintenance of Reflow Machine[SONIC].
• Preventive Maintenance of Head [H01, H02, H04, H08, H12S, H12HS, H24S].
• Maintaining Daily, Weekly,Monthly Check sheet for all Machines.
• Preventive Maintenance of laser Machine and calibration [offset].
• Preventive Maintenance of wave soldering machine and selective soldering machine.
• Preventive Maintenance of Router machine.
