I'm doing recruitment in IT and Non IT process, End to end recruitment process done by me, From the requirement till onboarding maintaining the team after onboarding, Follow up the pipeline pool and maintaining the Profile data's confidently, Done recruitment via Naukri, Monster, and in social media like LinkedIn.

 Recruiting candidates across various positions for IT & Non-IT domains.

 Gathering requirements and understand the requirement and start sourcing CVs from the Job boards, internal database and networking portals like Naukri, LinkedIn.

 Filtering through and reviewing complete candidate profile and evaluating applicants work history, education, training, job skills, desired salary and personal qualification against open requirements.

 Doing Screening and Shortlisting profiles for the further process levels.

 Doing Technical interviews for the IT people like Backend developer, Android developer, iOS developer, UI/UX designer, Project manager, Tester, fix them for the second level of discussion and assigning task to test the codes.

 Doing Core, Sales & Marketing interview for the role of Business executive, Franchise manager, Merchant Manager, Field Sales, Content Writer, Digital Marketer, Product Manager, HR Manager, finalized them with the STAR methodology followed by HR discussion for the on boarding process.

 Sending the candidates Appointment letter after getting joining date and collecting relevant documents via mail.

 Communicating with the candidates periodically and building up the repo until on boarding is done, making sure the on boarding procedures are smooth and hassle free
