• I have knowledge in pricing and import operations.
• Once we receive a nomination, we start the operations process.
• Prepare and verify import documents such as Invoice, Packing List, AWB, and Certificate of Origin.
• Hand over the documents to the CHA department for filing and processing the Bill of Entry (BOE) before shipment arrival, and provide daily updates to the customer.
• Once the shipment arrives, share the IGM details with the customer and CHA team.
• Process the DO charges payment to the airline and follow up for DO release.
• Inform the customer and CHA once the DO is released.
• After completion of the OOC process, arrange transportation for cargo delivery.
• Finally, raise the invoice to the customer and dispatch the complete set of documents.
