Having 2+ years experience as a condition monitoring engineer. Worked in Central Maintenance Department or technical Service department for condition monitoring activities of critical equipment and quality inspection. For reliable and cost effective Production.

• Knowledge of various plant equipment
• Knowledge of all mechanical elements like bearings, couplings
• Knowledge of all mechanical components like pump, fans, compressors, gearbox
• Understanding the basic of vibration analysis
• Knowledge of RCM & PDM like thermography, ultrasound test etc
• Planning & Executing of all condition monitoring activities to into overall machine availability reliability
• Vibration data collection of all rotating machines (Critical & Semi critical machines)
• Vibration data collection and report preparation and documentation
• Rotating equipment condition monitoring through LOOK-LISTEN-FEEL checks
• Actively involve in 5S activity, HSE in the work place
• Measuring defects of coupling by using stroboscope
• In-situ dynamic balancing (single & two plane) Phase analysis activity
