• Managed and Supervised 18 project employees, including in-house, external contractors and sub-contractors
• Attend meetings and discuss project details with contractors, asset owners, and stakeholders
• Once got an approval from client work with architect and structural designer to enhance the design sustainably and make sure the modifications meets our client’s requirements. 
• Analyse and provide budget friendly plans to clients based on their requirements. 
• Discuss project details with clients and explain and educate them about design modifications and make them realise and then convince comfortably.
