Production Jr. Operator for the compounding unit, compounded different grade of stabilized PVC for pipe extrusion. To handle entire mixing unit & Pelletizing unit, Scada operation and maintenance work of entire shift with good efficiency. To maintain compounded material quality. Handle all plant/ unit operation including start up, shut down and mixer parameter setup.

• To plan Receive the production schedule by preparing production plan.
• All documentation Daily production reports.
• To develop new grade in pvc Compounding as per requirement of production and vendors.
• To supervise the production activity on a day-to-day basis guiding the workers
• And troubleshooting for smooth operation of machine process.
• Consuming grinding with proper planning.
• To maintain the product quality.
