Apart from this also handling Kisan Call Centre, where managing day to day operations, managing supervisors, Farm tele advisors, handling recruitment, monitoring call quality, liasoning with ministry, organizing training etc.
Responsibilities - Manage content on the app for multiple states and languages. Find new sources of content, plan content distribution and ensure delivery of appropriate content. Solving the Farmers query within the stipulated time. Work with other teams and external stakeholders to ensure the best farmer experience on the app.
