Working in a fast-paced environment made it essential to stay alert, accurate and customer-focused at all times.

The position involved learning how financial transactions are managed within a casino setting, including handling cash, chips and related documentation. It also provided insight into how different teams on the gaming floor coordinate to ensure secure and seamless operations. Over time, the experience helped in building confidence with customers, improving numerical accuracy and understanding the discipline required in a regulated gaming environment.
