Profile management Experiences as a Project Mgr./Dy.PM/SM/CM, for the below 9 projects I managed and utilizing my skills and experience for execution of engineering projects and construction works in accordance with company STDs, specifications, HSE requirements, while meeting budget and schedule objectives.

• I have been managing the overall project construction teams for the implementation and execution of project site construction works, including commissioning and handover of engineering projects in site locations. I ensure that all construction works are carried out as per company standards, specifications, with quality assurance, and HSE requirements. I liaise with the company on matters relating to design changes, construction, quality, and HSE and its functioning. Additionally,
• I act as a single point of responsibility for the execution of company engineering projects during the design phase, while ensuring that HSE matters are given due consideration in planning and ensured that projects are executed in line with company/Int./Shell/ARMCO standards and specifications.
• Moreover, I actively pursue the evaluation and application of new technology to optimize future developments in terms of cost and operability. I supervise, advice, and guide the discipline personnel to ensure that their work is of the required quality, and highlight issues that may arise in priorities, workload, competency, etc.
• I develop the scope of work handed over by the company project engineer for each project to achieve the specified deliverables, exercise control over manpower and material resources to execute the project within budget, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.
• I exercise change control and variance control on each project, ensure communication with, and involvement of, all interested disciplines to each project, and report progress on projects to company site representative in a timely manner, highlighting issues-quality, cost, schedule, or HSE. 
• Furthermore, I develop/input the construction plan for each project to achieve the specified project/construction-specific deliverables, ensure communication with, and involvement of, all interested construction personnel to each project/construction work, and actively train and encourage the development of Omani personnel to fulfill different construction roles. I possess a potential to develop to an executive management position within a world-class Contractor organization, have sound commercial appreciation and judgment, and I am fluent spoken/written English, adapt in conducting formal meetings, summaries, and close-out pending issues.
• I have good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to form, smoothly interact and motivate a team within a matrix type organization. Previous jobs experiences; I utilized my skills that are relevant to the new position. I am proficient in project management software, including Primavera, MS Project, NAVIS, and AUTOCAD. • 1. My last assignment an Project Technical Coordination Mgr. (since Sept 2022) at Danem Engineering Works, Qatar (EPC& EPCI Projects for Oil& Gas) by handling QAFCO’s Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Project - Off-spec Tanks (85.6 Million.) 
• I am responsible for a variety of tasks. I resolve issues brought forth by internal team members, clients, consulting engineers, and project senior management. I conduct internal and external technical meetings to address and resolve any pending technical issues. And communicate; collaborate with other mgrs., suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• I am also responsible for setting up procedures and processes to monitor and track engineering-related documentation throughout the project lifecycle. I oversee other technical and construction aspects of the project. I answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the internal team members, client, consulting engineers, and contractors.
• To ensure timely project execution, I perform expediting actions in sourcing technical information, submission of data/method statement for installation, delivery and transport of materials/equipment, storage and issuance for site installation works. I also prepare detailed installation plans, methodology, processes and procedures for support of construction team. I propose and oversee timelines for engineering proposals and submissions to be met. I check and confirm the accuracy of submissions from contractors, vendors, and suppliers for the work to be performed, coordinate and ensure approvals are received from the client in a timely manner.
• Furthermore, I communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure a coordinated effort throughout the project. I prepare and deliver various installation/erection or construction-related presentations, both internally and externally. Ensured the project is executed efficiently and effectively, meeting all tech. requirements and specs.
• 2. From Aug 2020 to Mar 2022, I served as Sr. Project Manager at Kirloskar Brother, Pune, India, for a 56" Ø x 20KM long pipeline project with pumping stations comprising six pumps and motors, electro and hydro-mechanical equipment, SCADA, electrical, civil, and structural works. My responsibilities include executing the project as per specifications, safety, quality, budget, and schedules, in compliance with contractual terms and conditions, modifications, and procedures. I am also responsible for managing the change order process, leading project HSE & QA QC programs, monitoring, reporting, cost controlling & achieving project targeted schedules.
• 3. From November 2017 to May 2020, I served as Project Manager at Specialised Industrial Services Co. Ltd/KSA, handling pipelines/piping, tanks & retrofit shutdown (T&I), O&M projects for O&G/Metal/Power/Energy sectors. The project that I managed was the Saudi ARAMCO QUAD 56" Ø x 37km Pipeline Project, which included automatic welding, FBE internal coating, scrappers (launching and receiving), anchor blocks, gate and plug valves, piping, Cathodic protection, E&I, electro-mechanical works, pipeline crossings (canal/road/rail/Ele/camel), valves, civil &structural.
• Costs for executing the project. Reviewed budget components, identified cost-saving opportunities, and ensured budgetary compliance throughout the project.
• Delegated responsibilities to respective Project Engineers, QA/QC, and HSE teams, providing clear explanations of the project scope and objectives.
• Maintained regular communication and coordination with the client's Project focal point, troubleshooting any issues with the support of the client to ensure timely approval of necessary project documents. Monitored the progress of work on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, generating reports to track project execution.
• Anticipated and resolved any problems, bottlenecks, or scheduling conflicts that could affect project timelines. Implemented appropriate measures to maintain project progress and mitigate any potential risks.

• 4. From July 2013 to May 2017, I served as Project Manager at Techno Engg. Services Ltd, FZCO, UAE, which undertakes cross-country pipeline projects for facility developments of oil & gas, power, and Flowlines. During my tenure as Project Manager at Techno Engg. Services Ltd, FZCO, UAE, I successfully handled two major projects: the 42" Ø Onshore Export Pipeline (LUKOIL-IRAQ) and the 18" Ø Gas Export Pipeline Badra-Zubaidah Project, IRAQ. In these roles, I fulfilled the following responsibilities:

My expertise also includes managing environmental impact assessments and contributing to public consultations, providing an advantage to the projects.
