• Lead the Quality Assurance function for the manufacturing of flexible packaging films used in food and dairy applications, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory and food safety requirements.
• Establish and maintain robust quality control systems covering raw material qualification, in-process quality assurance, finished product inspection and product release.
• Develop, review and approve product specifications, quality standards, testing methods and technical documentation to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Lead supplier quality management activities, including supplier qualification, technical evaluation, performance monitoring and raw material approval.

• Lead the Integrated Management System (QMS, EMS and FSMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and lead internal, external, customer and certification audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations through effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Monitor the effectiveness of management systems using key performance indicators and drive continual improvement initiatives across the organization.
