I am Bhavya Kasturi, presently working with Deloitte, with 7+ years of experience. In my current role as an Assistant Manager, for Deloitte Global Mobility Management Team, I have undertaken review, analysis and excution of billing cycle. Liased with different teams and multiple countries to execute the projects and implement new processes.
As a part of Global mobility management team for Takeda Pharmaceuticals Client, my primary responsibilities are liaising with Deloitte foreign ofces and Client to ensure effective communication
Leading a team for Initiating assignee's mobility workfow and assistance in coordinating tax and mobility matters in the
APAC region, Europe, Canada and Americas for a key client.
Prepared a well‑rounded and fnalized process plan that includes timelines, resources used, and the expected quality of output by consulting the appropriate stakeholders and seeking inputs from the team members by scheduling regular meetings.
Involved in Project Kick off, Workshop planning, Working Session Notes, Project Meetings, Initial Site Setup, Confguration of Employee & Assignment, Assignment Initiation & Authorizations, Compensation Statements among others while working on Hitachi APRO project.
Worked on software like JIRA, Confuence, Assignment PRO (APRO) as a part of project implementation for Hitachi client to humanimate the process.
System acts as a full HR system for the Japanese assignees. Part of the project is to bring processes associated with Assignment Management into Assignment Pro, leaving only payroll components in Humanimate.
Oversight of the quality in client deliverables and monitor the service level agreements. Identifed pain points in workfow processes and implemented solutions for said issues
Enabling process improvement of existing process to enhance the value of service delivery.
Tracking and processing core and upfront approved services to the clients
Building a good understanding of an international assignee's assignment life cycle
As an active leader on the engagement, role includes management activities (scheduling, billing and invoicing), overseeing information gathering and co‑ ordination with Deloitte foreign ofces.
Oversee processing of client invoices and ensure they are accurate, complete and in accordance with business/customer/
legal laws, policies, procedures and contractual requirements.
Agreements are met for the team.
Reconciliation of Accounts receivable and Accounts payable and reporting to the senior leadership with projections and feedback on payment cycle.
Liaison with Finance team effectively resolve discrepancies; acting as the frst point of contact to ensure complete, timely and accurate fow of invoicing and communication to optimize productivity, organizational effectiveness and maximize cashfow.
Manage day‑to‑day activities of the team which include resourcing, scheduling trainings, coaching and mentoring.
Handling Compliance related activities, ensuring tax return applicability for the assignees
Assist manager and senior manager in all client management,
administration, functions and processes.
