I, Bhranti Rao, am in the last semester of my Master's course in Physics. I am passionate about Astronomy and Astrophysics. I aim to acquaint the future generation with these fascinating fields and bring more attention to this subject.
When I first discovered my interest in Astronomy, there were very few resources available, and not many institutes included this course in their academic curriculum. Astronomy is not just a subject; it is a gateway to understanding the universe and our place within it. It inspires curiosity and wonder, encouraging individuals to look beyond the confines of our world and contemplate the vastness of space.
Every person should have the opportunity to explore this field, as it fosters critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deeper appreciation for the natural world. By promoting Astronomy and Astrophysics, I hope to ignite a spark of interest in others, leading to greater scientific literacy and a more informed, inquisitive society.
As such, I have not started my professional journey, as this would be the initial phase of applying. However, throughout my academic career, I have cultivated a strong foundation in Physics, particularly in the areas of Astronomy and Astrophysics. My coursework, research projects, and laboratory experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter and essential technical skills.
Additionally, I have actively participated in seminars, workshops, and conferences, where I have had the opportunity to engage with leading experts and stay updated on the latest developments in the field. These experiences have prepared me to contribute effectively to any professional setting, bringing enthusiasm, a solid knowledge base, and a readiness to learn and grow within the industry.
I completed my Bachelor's degree majoring in physics in 2021 with an average score. Currently, I am in the end semester of my Master's degree in physics which is expected to be completed by the second week of July.
