• Preparing the compressed schedule based on master schedule
• Preparing the 3 months schedule and 2 weeks schedule based on master schedule
• Monitor the smooth mobilization of vendors
• Conducting the daily co-ordination meeting and monitoring the micro schedule like today's work plan and tomorrow's work plan
• Co-ordination with design and drawing team to run the site work in time
