Bikram Mondal

I am a social worker and I have been working with the Child in Need Institute (CINI) since 2017, gaining over eight years of hands-on experience in various child protection and development projects. Throughout this journey, I have played multiple roles, including working as a caregiver in a residential home for children, an outreach worker supporting vulnerable families, a social worker addressing critical child rights issues, an MIS data collector in rural communities, and a street worker engaging with street-connected families and children in urban areas. My work has involved direct field engagement, data management, case follow-ups, and facilitating access to essential services, all focused on ensuring the safety, education, and well-being of children from marginalized backgrounds.

Recently I have passed my Master Of Social Work from Netaji Subhas Open University.
