- Maintain certification standard of Hospital in all level such as I.S.O, NABH, NABl, OHSAS.
- Preparing propose activities with related budget implication for implementing of Hospital QA Programme.
- Taking round and check routine work on daily basis.
- Give instruction and guide our subordinates to follow standard quality of hospital.
- Checking all services whether they are following SOP or not.
- Collecting of records and feedback and make daily report.
- Taking feedback from patient and his/her attendant.
- Taking care of patient rights.
- Handling Grievances of Patients and their attendants.
- Managing Covid Pandemic, technical Expertise and Supervision for Data Management of War Room and smooth working of COVID TESTING CENTRE Implementation of Quality Initiative Programme.
- Keep coordination and liaison with all HOD'S, DMS and DA to discuss on the issues of all facilities in the hospital, vendors performance and budget for the operation.
- Coordinate with the Nurses and Billing section for a timely discharge of the patient.
- Provide full assistance and cooperation to patient at the time of discharge like to provide ambulance in case of requirement.
- On all occasions be Polite and Courteous with patients and their attendants.
- Coordinate with Pharmacy for Discharge Medicines, Admission Department for Discharges, Vacant, and new admission of Patient and VIP's arrival.
- Support to the Nursing staff as they need.
- Coordinate with all Vendor Employee and handle them for smooth operation of the hospital.
- Coordinate in organizing the events and function in the hospital with all departments.
- Taking training of all concern staff on daily basis for maintaining Hospital Quality.
- Organizing quiz contest and exam on regular Intervals of all staff.
