I hold a PhD in Nursing, a postgraduate degree in Pediatric Nursing, and an MBA in Education Management, with 27 years of comprehensive experience as a nurse educator, researcher, mentor, and academic quality coordinator at the university level. For 16 of those years, I served at a nursing college affiliated with a university in Saudi Arabia, where I contributed to the advancement of nursing education in a multicultural academic environment.

My extensive experience has also provided me with a solid foundation in curriculum design, program evaluation, academic governance, and strategic leadership. Deeply passionate about research and academic excellence, I actively engage in scholarly activities, contributing to international publications and conferences in the field of nursing education.
