Returns and initiate 8D reports, Monitor ECO and TCN implementation to confirm there are no adverse effects and the required benefits are obtained, Coordinate for PPAP/ FAI for ECOs, Review control charts as defined in Control
Plans and identify unstable / non-capable processes and initiate correction/ Corrective actions.
