Pharm D or Doctor of Pharmacy is a six-year professional doctoral degree in the Pharmacy stream. The Pharm D course includes 5 years of learning and one year of internship for practical knowledge. Doctor of Pharmacy is the only doctoral degree that can be pursued right after passing Class 12 qualifying examinations. Moreover, Pharm D course can also be followed by BPharm graduates by seeking admissions to lateral entry courses.
