Product Manufacture: Industrial Rotomoulding solutions including Fuel tank, Water tank, Chemical tanks, Fenders, Canopy, Console, Barriers, Pallets, bins, Crates etc. Also provide Environment solutions including Septic Tank, Vermin composite bins, Dust bins, Grease trap, Bio digestive plant etc. Customers include Atlast capco, Doosan, Putzmeister, Writgen, Dynapac, Husqverna, Volvo, Paikane etc.
- Gather the Enquiry mails for the new development and study the technical data sheet of the tank system including Operating temperature, pressure, Environment conditions, Volume etc.
- Proposed the Raw material based on the operating condition of the tank
- Propose the changes in the drawing/design suitable to the roto mould process and send the drawing for the approval
- Send the approval drawing to the mould maker for the quotation
- Prepare the costing for Mould and the product with the profit margin and sent to the Customer
- Create a prototype of the product with the help of CAD Design (Outsource) for approval
- Send the P.O and 3D drawing to the mould maker for the development
- Design the Fixtures for the products
- Produce a sample on the mould and send for the approval along with the 3D scanning and dimensional report
- Also prepare First Article Inspection report along with the process parameters and the process flow diagram along with APQP, PFMEA & DFMEA
- Fill the Vendor registration form of new customers
- Based on approved drawing distribute the control copy to the production and quality
- Involved in production of pilot lot and train the operators for the secondary operations
- Ensure Co-ordination with customer during execution of the order till dispatch
- Validate the fixture over period of time also keep records of the mould
- Working knowledge of Production planing, quality plans, PFMEA, Inspection & testing, Material
- Visit the customer for the business prospect and also give presentation on the various products
- Working Knowledge of ISO 19001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, documents and SOP's & Provide Appropriate Training
- Attend the customer complain with the 8D report
- Continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system such as 5S, Kaizen, Poke-yoke
