annual planning
Prepare cash flow projection and accordingly plan for short term and long term securities with negotiating with seller/broker to get best yield to maturity.
Spearheaded automation of Indirect tax and Business processes.
Make quarterly presentation before chairman on market conditions and available opportunities for investment /de-investment of securities and presenting plan to achieve the return.
Day to Day Investment, dealing with Brokers and bank officials for Investment and credit facilities availed.
Preparing budget (Revenue and Expense) after detail discussion with all department heads and accordingly finalise and managing the budget throughout the year.
Review and filing of Income Tax, TDS and GST returns.
Assisted in internal & statutory audits and collaborating with the Auditors for tax related matters and attending hearing.
Payroll processing: Checking and approving monthly payroll data for salary processing. Verifying the perquisite tax and grossing-up tax calculations.
Appointed as Vigilance Officer (Parttime) of the organisation where my responsibilities is to ensure vigilance in purchase, tendering process, internal controls and quarterly progress of ongoing construction projects.
