I’m Captain Preetham Madhukar—former sea captain with over 20 years of sailing the high seas. During that time, I learned some powerful lessons in discipline, resilience, and leadership skills. But it wasn’t just the ocean that shaped me—it was the passion I found for empowering others that really changed the course of my life.

That passion led me to create Skills Beyond Education in 2016. My mission? To help individuals unlock their true potential and rise above their limitations through personal development coaching and leadership skills coaching.

It all began one day when I watched the movie Idiocracy.

The thought hit me like a lightning bolt: society is getting more distracted, losing focus, and becoming weaker with every passing day. With instant gratification just a click away, I realized something had to change. I couldn’t sit back and watch potential go to waste. The drive to make a difference came from the lessons my parents taught me—their incredible willpower and discipline showed me that when you have the will, there’s no obstacle you can’t overcome.

Captain Preetham Madhukar is a seasoned ship captain and sailor who brings years of experience in critical decision-making, crisis management, and overcoming challenges to his work as a Will Strength Coach. Having navigated through some of the toughest situations imaginable—storms, fires, accidents, and even pirates—he has gained valuable insights into life and developed practical strategies for overcoming personal, professional, and business challenges.
